Site Selection

MCPI helps identify potential locations and venues to ensure they satisfy all of the meeting’s needs. During site visits, we consider the following: adequacy of meeting space, quality, amenities, catering requirements, convenience for travelers, number of sleeping rooms, financial obligations, and more. Prior to executing a final contract, we perform site inspections at the top venue candidates to ensure all program prerequisites are met.
